  • You must always send correction or cancellation requests for electronically submitted claims to Dentaide rather than the insurer. Our agents will then follow up with the insurer so that
    the changes are made to the patient’s file, where necessary.
  • When you receive a cheque directly from an insurer that participates in Dentaide, it is important to contact us before cashing it. We will make the necessary checks and follow up with your office.
