This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you of how your personal information is used, protected, stored and disclosed by SSD.
Responsibility
SSD is responsible for all personal information in its possession or under its control.
For the purposes of this Policy, personal information is information concerning a person who allows the person to be identified. This includes but is not limited to an individual’s name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth.

If you post a comment on SSD’s website, you will be asked to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies so that you will not have to enter this same information when you post another comment later. These cookies expire one year after your information is saved.
When editing or posting a publication, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal information and expires after one day.
Storage of personal information
If you post a comment, the comment and its metadata are kept indefinitely so that subsequent comments will be recognized and approved automatically instead of being left in the moderation queue.
The personal information of users who register on SSD’s website (when possible) will be stored in their profile. Those users may view, edit or delete their personal information, with the exception of their user name, at any time. Managers of SSD’s website may also view and edit this information.
Use of personal information

Sharing of information
SSD will not sell or lease your personal information to third parties. However, it may disclose this information if required by law or if it believes, in good faith, that disclosing such information is necessary to comply with its legal obligations.
